PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk (ASLC) has officially executed a strategic expansion within the vehicle auction business ecosystem. This move was realized through the formation of a new business entity named PT Autopedia Sukses Lelang Indonesia (ASLI) on Friday, July 3, 2026.
In an official statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the company stated that the establishment of ASLI was carried out through collaboration with an affiliated party, namely PT Adi Sarana Investindo (ASI). This new entity is supported by an authorized capital of IDR 10 billion, which has been fully issued and paid up.
The shareholding structure of the new company is dominated by ASLC, holding a 99.999 percent stake valued at IDR 9.999 billion. The remaining 0.001 percent ownership is held by PT Adi Sarana Investindo with a capital value of IDR 1 million.
Autopedia's management explained that the establishment of this subsidiary is a tactical step by the company to strengthen its organizational structure and business focus in the auction industry. With this dedicated entity, the company is expected to provide more comprehensive services within the used vehicle trading ecosystem in Indonesia.
