PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk. (ASLC), a public company under the Triputra Group, has officially expanded its business by establishing a new subsidiary, PT Autopedia Sukses Lelang Indonesia (ASLI). This corporate action focuses on optimizing the auction business sector, which is one of the company's future growth pillars.
The establishment of PT ASLI was formalized through Deed of Establishment No. 19 dated June 25, 2026, and strengthened by the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0051674.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2026 dated July 1, 2026. Based in West Jakarta, this new entity will fully operate after obtaining all necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
In its capital structure, the company injected an authorized capital as well as issued and fully paid-up capital of IDR 10 billion. ASLC holds majority control with a 99.999% stake (equivalent to IDR 9.999 billion), while the remaining 0.001% is held by PT Adi Sarana Investindo as an affiliated party.
Chief Financial Officer of ASLC, Armeza Umar, stated that the creation of this subsidiary is a strategic step to deepen the existing business ecosystem. The company is optimistic that PT ASLI will contribute significantly to added value for the company in the long term.
Furthermore, Armeza ensured that this corporate action has no material impact on the company's financial or operational conditions. The transaction also complies with regulatory provisions, including exemptions from independent shareholder approval requirements under POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 as it involves a controlled company with majority ownership.
