PT Daaz Bara Lestari Tbk (DAAZ) has recently realized an addition to the loan facility for its affiliated company, PT Aserra Logistik Indonesia. This strategic move was made as part of the company's efforts to strengthen its subsidiary's capital structure to support expansion in the marine logistics sector.

Based on the information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the value of this additional fund injection reaches IDR 48.49 billion. With this addition, the total loan facility provided by DAAZ to PT Aserra Logistik Indonesia has increased from IDR 130.62 billion to IDR 179.11 billion.

DAAZ management explained that these fresh funds are specifically allocated to finance the construction of two units of *self-propelled oil barge* (SPOB) as well as three sets of tugboats and barges (*tug and barge*). The addition of this fleet is projected to increase the company's operational logistics capacity in the future.

The funding source for this loan comes from the proceeds of the Daaz Bara Lestari Bond I Year 2025 issuance, which was indeed designed to support business expansion needs. According to the agreement, this loan facility has a tenor of three years with an interest rate of 10% per annum.
