Deputy Mayor of Tanjungpinang, Raja Ariza, expressed high appreciation for the concrete action of social concern initiated by the Joint Defense Area Command (Kogabwilhan) I. The event, themed "Health and Social Service," ran smoothly in the courtyard of the Riau Islands Province Malay Customary Institution (LAM) Building in the Tepi Laut area.

This humanitarian action, which targeted the wider community, included various free services, ranging from general health checkups, blood donations, to mass circumcisions. The presence of this social service program is considered highly helpful in easing the community's burden while improving the health standards of local residents.

Representing the Commander of Kogabwilhan I, the Territorial Assistant (Aster) of Kogabwilhan I, Commodore (Laksma) TNI Teguh Gunawan, explained that this agenda is a tangible manifestation of the TNI's dedication to contributing directly to the public. This step is also a strategic means to strengthen the partnership between the defense apparatus, local government, and the community to promote regional welfare.

Meanwhile, Raja Ariza reaffirmed the Tanjungpinang Municipal Government's commitment to continue fully supporting similar community programs. He hopes that this harmoniously established cross-sector collaboration can be maintained and enhanced in the future to optimize the acceleration of regional development.
