PT Mitra Pack Tbk (PTMP) has officially obtained an additional Working Capital Credit (KMK) facility worth IDR 48 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. This strategic step was taken to strengthen the company's financial foundation while financing future business operations.
Based on information disclosure at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (29/7/2026), a portion of the fresh funds is allocated to take over PTMP's loan facilities previously held at Bank KEB Hana Indonesia.
The company's management emphasized that this capital injection is categorized as a material transaction because its value exceeds the 20 percent threshold but does not exceed 50 percent of the company's total equity. However, this transaction does not require the services of an independent appraiser or approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) due to its status as a direct loan from a bank.
The signing of this credit agreement took place on July 24, 2026, through two addenda to the working capital credit agreement. The signing process was held in the presence of Notary I Gede Buda Gunamanta, S.H., in Jakarta.
In the details of the agreement, the company's overdraft Revolving Working Capital (KMK) limit experienced a significant increase from the original IDR 10 billion to IDR 41.5 billion. This limit increase of IDR 31.5 billion already includes the takeover of the Revolving KMK and Fixed Loan KMK facilities worth IDR 25 billion previously registered under the name of PT Mitra Pack Tbk at Bank KEB Hana Indonesia.
