Shenzhen-based artificial intelligence (AI) developer ConnectNow AI Technology Co., Limited has officially entered into a strategic alliance with two local technology industry players, namely PT Jasnita Telekomindo (JAST) and PT Digital Pintar Solusindo. This collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of AI technology to address operational efficiency challenges and service enhancements for the business community in Indonesia.
Under the memorandum of understanding, the three companies will collaborate in marketing ConnectNow's AI platform. The scope of this partnership spans a wide spectrum, ranging from product education and technical knowledge transfer to proof of concept (PoC) initiatives for prospective users in the local market.
President Director of PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Yentoro, stated that this initiative is a crucial step in enriching the company's portfolio of digital solutions. His party is committed to delivering adaptive AI technology that can provide tangible added value for customers' digital transformation in Indonesia.
Based on the agreed division of roles, PT Digital Pintar Solusindo has been appointed as the official distributor for ConnectNow products. Meanwhile, PT Jasnita Telekomindo will serve as an official reseller focusing on marketing strategy, customer engagement, and business development across various sectors.
For context, ConnectNow provides a wide range of AI-based technology solutions, such as omnichannel integration systems, call center automation, and marketing optimization through artificial intelligence-driven content tailored for modern corporate needs.
