The year 2026 serves as a strategic momentum for the Dong Thap Provincial Political School in implementing new policies from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Despite facing administrative reorganization challenges at the local level, the institution has successfully maintained operational stability and upheld 55 performance indicators as a Level 1 Standard Political School.
In the first six months of 2026, the school successfully organized 36 training courses involving 2,445 participants. This achievement was driven by a commitment to refining training management and integrating scientific research relevant to regional development needs.
Strategic discussions at the recent conference emphasized the importance of accelerating digital transformation toward the concept of a 'Digital Party School.' This includes digitizing learning materials, developing e-lectures, and optimizing office management software to support bureaucratic efficiency within the school environment.
Deputy Secretary of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, Chau Thi My Phuong, commended the school's contribution to local cadre development. She stressed the need to enhance the quality of teaching staff, who should not only possess high political integrity but also be innovative in teaching methods to inspire learners.
Looking to the future, the school is currently focused on achieving level-two standards by 2029. Efforts will center on strengthening infrastructure, developing high-quality human resources, and solidifying institutional governance to meet the challenges of an increasingly dynamic new era.
As a form of appreciation for their dedication, the provincial government also honored several groups and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance throughout 2024 to 2025. This recognition serves as a morale booster for the staff in carrying out future political tasks.
