Efforts to maintain the health of the younger generation in the school environment continue to be encouraged. This time, MTs Negeri 1 Tanggamus, in collaboration with the Kotaagung Public Health Center (Puskesmas), organized a Free Health Check (CKG) program for students on Tuesday (28/7/2026). This collaborative step aims to create a healthy learning environment and support optimal child growth and development.

This periodic examination program focuses on the early detection of various risk factors for health disorders in school-aged children. Through these preventive measures, any potential health issues can be identified faster for appropriate follow-up medical treatment, ensuring that students' teaching and learning processes are not disrupted.

During the activity, the medical team from the Kotaagung Public Health Center conducted a comprehensive examination in accordance with school health service standards. The School Health Unit (UKS) coordinators of MTsN 1 Tanggamus, Ropiah and Yunani, directly supervised the examination to ensure all students followed the checking stages orderly and comfortably.

The madrasah, through the Vice Principal for Student Affairs, expressed deep appreciation for the dedication of the Kotaagung Public Health Center. This synergy is considered an important investment, given that prime physical condition is the main foundation for students to actively learn and achieve both academic and non-academic success.

Through this initiative, MTsN 1 Tanggamus is committed to continuing to strengthen partnerships with the health sector to create a safe, child-friendly madrasah that is conducive to the emergence of an outstanding and characterful next generation of the nation.
