The Local Revenue (PAD) of Pati Regency from the rental retribution of the Pesantenan Sports Hall (GOR) recorded a positive performance. As of late July 2026, the realized income from the sports facility has exceeded the initial target set by the local government.
The Pati Regency Youth, Sports, and Tourism Department (Dinporapar) reported that the initial retribution target of IDR 25 million has now been exceeded, reaching IDR 33.3 million as of July 23, 2026. This figure represents a realization of 133 percent of the annual target.
The high intensity of GOR rentals is driven by the activities of various sports communities, ranging from futsal and volleyball associations to student tournament events. The strategic location of the building is considered a main attraction for event organizers in the region.
Although the use of the indoor area is highly dominant due to its flexibility for various sports such as badminton and basketball, the utilization of the outdoor area or the GOR yard is admitted to be not yet optimal. This serves as an evaluation point for the management to maximize the potential of the entire sports complex area.
As a strategic step forward, the Pati Regency Dinporapar continues to strengthen synergy with various third parties. Active collaboration with event organizers and local sports clubs is expected to maintain consistent activity at the Pesantenan GOR while sustainably increasing its contribution to local revenue.
