Jasa Raharja Samsat Seluma officers are actively bringing services closer to the community by participating directly in the "Grebek Pasar" (Market Raid) event at Serambi Gunung Market in Talo District, Seluma Regency. This tactical step was taken by the Samsat Advisory Team to encourage residents' awareness in fulfilling their motor vehicle tax obligations.
During the activity, the Officer in Charge of Jasa Raharja (PJJR) Samsat Seluma, Novian Eleven, explained various conveniences that taxpayers can now access. The education provided included the socialization of the tax penalty amnesty program, the utilization of digital applications such as SIGNAL and JRku, and the operation of the Mobile Samsat fleet at the market location so that residents can directly pay their taxes practically.
As a persuasive step as well as enforcement of discipline, officers also affixed special stickers on vehicles found to be in tax arrears. The sticker serves as a reminder for vehicle owners to immediately take advantage of the tax amnesty momentum currently being rolled out by the local government.
Novian emphasized that Jasa Raharja's presence in this crowded center is a tangible commitment to the success of the Samsat Advisory Team's program. By paying Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) on time, the public also pays the Road Traffic Accident Compulsory Fund Contribution (SWDKLLJ), which is the source of protection and compensation for road accident victims.
