The Hoi Thinh Commune government has successfully revitalized public facilities into dynamic centers of activity. Following the implementation of a two-tier governance model, the region now supports 28 village cultural centers and four commune-level sports centers, equipped with multi-functional courts to support residents' daily activities.

The change in the function of cultural centers, which once served merely as administrative meeting venues, has now transformed them into spaces for social interaction. In Phu Ninh Village, for instance, the cultural center's courtyard has become the heart of residents' lives in the afternoon. The elderly practice Tai Chi, young people play football, and children gather in a safe playground. This phenomenon reflects the local government's success in providing inclusive public spaces for various generations.

Community participation in maintaining the facilities is also key to the success of this program. Mr. Dong Kim Tuyen, Secretary of the Phu Ninh Village Party Branch, stated that residents' awareness in maintaining cleanliness and environmental aesthetics has kept the facilities durable and always presentable for various competition and cultural exchange activities.

In addition to government support, the private sector has also played an active role in expanding fitness facility options. Notably, eight mini-football pitches and six pickleball courts have been built through private investment. This step not only eases the burden on the local budget but also addresses the rising trend in public demand for a healthy lifestyle and more varied physical spaces.

Moving forward, Hoi Thinh plans to continue modernizing aging facilities to ensure public service systems remain relevant. Through strong collaboration between citizen participation and proper infrastructure management, Hoi Thinh has successfully set a new standard for the development of healthy, close-knit, and cultured rural communities.
