The Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Islam Indonesia (FTI UII) has innovated by developing a Business Intelligence (BI) system for the university admission process. This strategic step aims to shift decision-making patterns from previously being intuition-based to more accurate and measurable data-driven ones.

The system is designed to comprehensively process prospective student data, ranging from mapping applicants' regions of origin and assessing the effectiveness of promotional channels, to analyzing trends in interest for specific study programs. Through integrated data visualization, campus management can formulate new student admission policies with greater precision.

This initiative by FTI UII is expected to provide a solution for higher education institutions in facing increasingly competitive rivalries in the digital era. By utilizing this data analytics technology, educational institutions can optimize their resources more efficiently.
