President Director of PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk, Dionysius Tjokro, explained that the entry of Tjokro Group as the controlling shareholder will bring fundamental changes to the direction of the company's business model. As an initial step to align operations with the new business ecosystem, the company has made adjustments to the Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI).

"This change in KBLI is a strategic step so that the company's business activities can run in alignment and full synergy with the Tjokro Group ecosystem. We are optimistic that this step will open new revenue streams while strengthening GPSO's financial performance fundamentals going forward," said Dionysius.
