Bandung was chosen as the first city in the 2026 JLC Member Gathering roadshow series organized by JNE at Hilton Hotel Bandung on July 15, 2026. Carrying the theme 'Connect Collaborate Grow', the event was designed as a platform for appreciation as well as a means for business owners to expand their business networks. Following Bandung, the program is scheduled to visit several other major cities in Indonesia, including Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, Surabaya, and Semarang.

Through this activity, JNE is committed to providing added value by establishing strong connections between the logistics company and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). During the educational session, JNE's Research & Product Division Head, Davis Gunawan Hidayat, presented JNE's latest innovations and services designed to support the business operations of JNE Loyalty Card (JLC) members in the digital era.

The sharing session was one of the main highlights, featuring Dinarso Ghandi, Head of Marketing at Maternal Disaster. Dinarso shared the success story of the local Bandung brand in sustaining its business since 2003, leveraging digital technology, and navigating global market fulfillment challenges. He hoped that the shared business strategies would inspire other JLC members to expand their market reach.

The event reached its peak during the 2025 JLC Race awards ceremony for the West Java Region. The main prize, a motorcycle, was awarded to Dendi Tondok for achieving the highest revenue. Meanwhile, Ivan Prayogo took home 12 grams of precious metal as the winner with the highest transaction volume in the region.

Since its launch in 2009, JLC has grown to include more than 800,000 members who actively redeem transaction points for various attractive rewards. JNE SVP Marketing Group Head, Eri Palgunadi, emphasized that JLC is not just a loyalty program, but a tangible manifestation of the 'Connecting Happiness' spirit to build a resilient and mutually supportive business community for collective progress.
