The Head of the North Barito District Attorney's Office (Kajari), R Firmansyah, urged all educators in Lahei District to transform their teaching methods. This was stated during the Education Sector Coordination Meeting held in the Hall of SMP Negeri 1 Lahei on Saturday (11/7/2026), in response to the increasingly complex challenges in the field of education during the era of digital disruption.

In his presentation, Firmansyah emphasized that changes in communication patterns and the behavior of today's youth require teachers to be more adaptive. According to him, the massive flow of information through social media requires educators not only to transfer knowledge but also to be skilled in responding to the psychological dynamics of the current generation.

"The world of education must continue to adapt to the times. Teachers today face challenges that are far different from previous decades. Understanding the character of students must be a priority so that the teaching and learning process remains effective without ignoring the values of discipline and responsibility," Firmansyah asserted.

Furthermore, the Head of the North Barito District Attorney's Office also expressed high appreciation to the teachers, especially honorary teachers, for their dedication to building the nation's future. He motivated the educators to carry out their duties with sincerity, considering their role as a long-term investment for regional progress and the quality of national human resources.

Closing his remarks, Firmansyah advised teachers to continue positioning themselves as role models of integrity. By synergizing technological competence and character strengthening, educators in North Barito are expected to produce a resilient, intelligent, and competitive next generation ready to face increasingly competitive future challenges.
