Umar Usman Business Campus has officially named 27 beneficiaries of the STARPRENEURS 2026 Scholarship. This decision was made after participants completed all stages of the STARPRENEURS Business Competition 2026, a rigorous selection event designed to find top young Indonesian entrepreneurs.

The scholarship program, initiated together with GREAT Edunesia Dompet Dhuafa, aims to shape Muslim entrepreneurs who are not only skilled in business but also possess strong character and high integrity. The main focus is to produce entrepreneurs capable of delivering real solutions and creating a positive social impact for the wider community.

The selection process began with an intensive screening that passed 49 finalists. They then attended a bootcamp for three days and two nights in South Tangerang and Bogor. During this series of events, participants were tested on their strategic thinking skills, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to value-based Islamic business development.

Out of the 27 scholarship recipients, 20 people received the One Year Program Scholarship for intensive entrepreneurial education over one year. Meanwhile, 7 other participants were selected to receive the Scale Up Academy Scholarship, aimed at business owners to strengthen their management strategies and business capacity so they can expand to a higher level.

Director of the Umar Usman Business Campus, Lily Zulaeha, expressed her hope that the scholarship recipients would become future economic drivers. She emphasized that this entrepreneurial education is directed toward creating more job opportunities and strengthening national economic resilience through sustainable business.
