PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) successfully recorded an impressive performance in 2025, with growth in the digital service segment reaching 38% year-on-year (YoY). This positive achievement was driven by the increasing need for service connectivity across the banking industry, financial technology (fintech) companies, and the broader payment ecosystem in Indonesia.
These operational results were ratified during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Financial Year 2025. President Director of Jalin, Ario Tejo Bayu Aji, emphasized that this milestone proves the urgency of providing reliable payment infrastructure that is adaptive to public needs and the national financial system digitalization agenda.
As part of the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem under the ownership of PT Danareksa (Persero) and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Jalin has established strategic partnerships with more than 105 financial institutions. The company remains committed to continuously enhancing its infrastructure capacity to anticipate future surges in digital transaction volumes.
On the operational front, the company maintained a system availability (uptime) level above 99.9% throughout the year. This stability was proven despite facing extremely high transaction volume pressure, particularly during major religious holiday periods such as Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year.
Meanwhile, Jalin further solidified its position by modernizing the Link ATM network owned by Himbara member banks (BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, and BTN). This initiative earned the company the prestigious 'Best Retail Payment Technology Initiative in Asia Pacific' award at the Asian Banker Global Financial Technology Innovation Awards 2025.
Beyond focusing on business growth, Jalin also received a strategic mandate from the government through Presidential Regulation Number 68 of 2025. The company has been appointed as the operator of the Foreign Digital Transaction Tax Collection System (SPP-TDLN), a crucial role in supporting the implementation of national digital economic policy while ensuring transparent and accountable governance.
