PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) has officially maintained the "idAA-" investment rating with a stable outlook for PT Hakaaston (HKA) for the period of June 2026 to June 2027. This decision is based on HKA's strategic position within the business chain of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Group, the reliability of integrated toll road operational services, as well as financial management deemed conservative and prudent.

The financial resilience of this state-owned enterprise subsidiary is reflected in the audited 2025 financial statements, which recorded total revenue of IDR 1.489 trillion. The majority of this revenue was contributed by its main business line, namely toll road operation and maintenance services, which recorded a contribution of IDR 1.1 trillion or 73.9 percent. Meanwhile, commercial business lines such as the sales of hotmix asphalt and concrete spun piles contributed IDR 389.5 billion or 26.1 percent as a form of business diversification.

This positive trend continued into the first quarter of 2026. As of March 31, 2026, HKA successfully recorded revenue of IDR 363.5 billion, with EBITDA reaching IDR 37.8 billion and net profit standing at IDR 23.9 billion. This quarterly achievement reinforces the company's financial fundamentals while confirming sustainable growth momentum.

HKA management stated that this recognition from PEFINDO is proof of the successful business transformation and governance discipline implemented by the company. As the main operator of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS), HKA's strategic position is considered vital in supporting connectivity in western Indonesia, backed by the integration of reliable toll road service facilities and strong synergy with its parent company.

Moving forward, HKA is committed to continuously enhancing service quality, optimizing asset utilization, and fostering new innovations. This strategic step aligns with the company's long-term vision to transform into the country's most valuable infrastructure asset manager through the concept of Indonesia’s Most Valuable Infrastructure Asset Management (IM-V-IAM).
