TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto officially inaugurated 734 Career Soldier Officers (Pa PK) of the TNI Class of 2026 at the Prima Field, TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, Monday (27/7/2026). In the inauguration ceremony, the Commander reaffirmed the TNI's commitment to facing the challenges of the times through the adaptation of cutting-edge technology and the consistent maintenance of institutional neutrality.
The young officers inaugurated this time are graduates of the First Education of Career Soldier Officers (Dikma Pa PK) of the TNI, Wave I, Academic Year 2026. Out of the total 734 new officers, the composition consists of 438 personnel Army (Matra Darat), 203 personnel Navy (Matra Laut), and 93 personnel Air Force (Matra Udara). All graduates have completed intensive training under the auspices of the Career Soldier Officer School (Sepa PK) of the TNI Training, Education, and Doctrine Command (Kodiklat TNI).
In his official address, General Agus Subiyanto reminded that the current defense landscape is highly dynamic and complex. He demanded that the new officers continuously hone their leadership capacity and not be left behind by technological advancements. According to the Commander, a strong understanding of technology, combined with adherence to Sapta Marga (the Seven Pledges), the Soldier's Oath, and the 8 Obligations of the TNI, is the main foundation for modern officers.
Furthermore, the TNI Commander issued strict instructions for all officers to keep their distance from all forms of practical politics to maintain the TNI's neutrality. He asked the young officers to always remain vigilant against various forms of invisible threats that have the potential to divide the nation, and to work professionally with loyalty directed straight to the state.
On the same occasion, special appreciation was given to the best graduates from each service branch. The Army award was presented to Second Lieutenant (Inf) Agus M.D. Simamora and Second Lieutenant (Caj-K) Dita Listya Etania. For the Navy, the award was won by Second Lieutenant (KH) Daffa Reyhan Gymnastiar and First Lieutenant (K/W) dentist Kunthi Tri Haryanti. Meanwhile, the best representatives from the Air Force were claimed by Second Lieutenant (Sus) Muhamad Bachrul Ferlyanto and Second Lieutenant (Kes-W) Nurse Vera Septiana Fardani.
These graduates were shaped through an integrated education method that combines academic doctrine training and physical exercise at Kodiklat TNI. After the inauguration procession is complete, the young officers will be directly deployed to various work units throughout the country to maintain the stability and sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
