The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics recently organized a strategic seminar focusing on strengthening the party's ideological foundation in state management and national governance. The event was attended by experts, scientists, and high-ranking state officials to formulate policy directions for a more modern, transparent, and people-oriented administration.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Pham Tat Thang highlighted the urgency of responding to the dynamics of the new era by identifying and refuting various erroneous views often spread by parties wishing to destabilize the governance system. The seminar served as a crucial forum for examining both theoretical and practical challenges faced during the transition toward a more efficient administrative model.
A total of 60 scientific papers were reviewed in depth, yielding a consensus that the obstacles arising in national management are not structural weaknesses, but rather misalignments of technical elements during the system transition. To address these challenges, experts recommended accelerating digital transformation, making data a key strategic resource in governance.
Associate Professor Dr. Le Hai Binh emphasized that the outcomes of this workshop will be integrated into the academy's educational materials and serve as policy recommendations for the government. This step is seen as a concrete commitment to upholding the leadership principles of the Communist Party of Vietnam in synergy with effective state management for sustainable national progress.
