A spirit of togetherness enveloped the futsal training session attended by the Regional Executive Board of the Association of Religious Counselors of the Republic of Indonesia (PD IPARI) of Banyumas Regency at GOR Orion, Purwokerto, on Friday (03/07). This activity serves as a platform for religious counselors to maintain health while strengthening brotherhood outside of their official routines.

Rais Rudiansyah, one of the religious counselors from KUA Jatilawang, emphasized that sports are a crucial asset for public servants. According to him, maintaining physical health directly impacts the quality of service, patience, and empathy provided when accompanying the community in various religious agendas.

On the court, barriers of rank and working areas seemed to dissolve. The dynamics of futsal, which prioritize teamwork, are seen as reflecting life values relevant to counseling duties, namely trust, collaboration, and brotherhood. Every pass and goal became a symbol that the success of their service is the result of collective unity.

This sports activity proves that professional development is not only achieved through formal forums in meeting rooms. The relaxed atmosphere while sharing thoughts in the middle of the field is instead effective in strengthening the shared commitment to provide the best dedication to the community with a fresh spirit and a clear mind.

In closing, all participants viewed the dripping sweat not as a sign of exhaustion, but as an effort to maintain stamina. With fit bodies and strong bonds of brotherhood, the religious counselors are expected to provide more responsive and compassionate services to the people of Banyumas.
