Welcoming the weekend with renewed enthusiasm, all staff of the Class IIB Kota Agung Correctional Institution held a joint sports activity and group dynamics session on Saturday (4/7/2026). This initiative was implemented as a concrete effort to strengthen esprit de corps and create a more solid and harmonious work environment within the institution.
From early morning, the correctional facility grounds were filled with an enthusiastic atmosphere. Beyond physical activities, the series of events continued with educational games designed to test communication agility, decision-making speed, and collaborative problem-solving skills among staff. Laughter and mutual encouragement formed the main foundation for building trust among colleagues.
Head of the Class IIB Kota Agung Correctional Institution, Ruh Harijadi, emphasized that this event is an integral part of the organization's commitment to maintaining both the physical health and mental well-being of its employees. He believes that a healthy and cohesive work environment directly correlates with the quality of service provided to the public.
"Employees who are healthy, united, and possess a strong spirit of togetherness will be capable of performing their duties and providing maximum service.
