Women's awareness of the importance of mental health is now changing the way they view sports activities. While sports were once often associated with weight loss or achieving an ideal body shape, physical activity has now shifted to becoming a self-care ritual. Activities such as running, swimming, and even padel are now popular as ways to unwind amidst busy daily routines.

This paradigm shift is driven by the growing awareness among Millennials and Gen Z of the importance of maintaining a balanced life. Scientifically, exercise is proven to trigger the release of endorphins and serotonin, which can improve mood. In addition, consistent physical activity also contributes to improving sleep quality and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

However, maintaining consistency in exercise is often a challenge for urban communities. Fatigue after work and the lack of tools to measure progress often cause fitness programs to fall by the wayside. Addressing this challenge, the use of wearable technology such as smartwatches has become a solution for comprehensively monitoring body conditions.

Responding to this need, Xiaomi Indonesia has launched its latest lineup of wearable devices, including the Xiaomi Watch 5 and Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm. Andi Renreng, Marketing Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, explained that this ecosystem is designed to accompany users through every stage of their workout consistently, from planning to real-time performance evaluation.

Each device is equipped with specific features for various sports. The Xiaomi Watch 5, for instance, offers a racket sports mode for padel enthusiasts, complete with stress level monitoring. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm series provides a Personal Running Coach feature that can analyze running metrics in depth while monitoring the body's recovery phase through sleep quality analysis.
