PT Bach Multi Global Tbk (BACH) is preparing to take a strategic step by listing on the stock exchange through an initial public offering (IPO) mechanism. The company, which operates in the telecommunications infrastructure and electricity systems sector, plans to release up to 615 million shares to the public.

President Director of BACH, Budi Kurniawan, expressed high optimism regarding this corporate action. Through the IPO, the company targets to raise fresh funds ranging from IDR 271 billion to IDR 307.5 billion. The funds are projected to be used to strengthen the capital structure, pay off debt, and improve standards of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

In its short-term business plan, BACH plans to allocate most of the IPO proceeds for capital expenditure, specifically the procurement of new generator sets with a total capacity of 50 Megawatts (MW). The addition of these assets will later be optimized through leasing and direct sales schemes, which are expected to significantly boost the company's financial performance by the end of 2026.

This strategic decision is a concrete step for BACH in expanding its business scope while strengthening the company's bargaining position in the national electricity system industry. With the support of new capital, BACH is committed to accelerating operational growth amid the increasing demand for electricity and telecommunications infrastructure in the country.
