Lao Cai Province officially participated in the 2026 National Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Training Conference. This large-scale meeting was chaired directly by the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Pham Tat Thang, and was attended by leaders and relevant staff from the Lao Cai region.

Organized in a hybrid format, the conference connected 3,000 locations across the country, with total participation reaching 32,000 delegates. The forum was designed as a platform for exchanging ideas, in-depth learning, and aligning working methods for cadres at various levels to respond to the dynamics of tasks in the new era.

In his guidance, Pham Tat Thang emphasized the urgency of innovative thinking for the participants. He highlighted that this activity is not merely an update of knowledge, but an effort to strengthen analytical capacity, forecasting, and the ability to provide strategic advice. All presented materials have been adjusted to the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress to remain relevant to practical challenges in the field.

A total of nine crucial topics were discussed, ranging from optimizing the role of the press and innovating mass mobilization methods at the commune level, to effective propaganda work monitoring techniques. The main focus was to ensure that every local institution is able to translate the training outcomes into concrete action plans that are adaptive to the needs of the local community.

Following the conference, each unit was instructed to immediately implement the agreed-upon strategic points. This step is expected to consolidate the role of propagandists and the media in creating stronger information synergy, while simultaneously enhancing the effectiveness of mass mobilization performance across the Lao Cai region.
