The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department recently hosted a national training conference held in a hybrid format, connecting nearly 3,000 meeting points with total participation reaching 32,000 delegates. In the Nghe An region, the series of events was led directly by Ngoc Kim Nam, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the local Provincial Party Committee.
In his opening speech, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Pham Tat Thang, emphasized the urgency of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress. He stressed the need for comprehensive reform in the propaganda sector to meet national development challenges in an increasingly dynamic new era.
Participants were instructed to continuously innovate in offering strategic advice, mitigating counterproductive public opinion, and safeguarding the Party's ideological foundation from the influence of erroneous views. Digital transformation and the utilization of information technology are believed to be the main key to improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization across the entire political system.
Over the course of 1.5 days, delegates will delve into various crucial topics, ranging from mass mobilization skills, ethnic and religious issues, to optimizing the role of media and the press in disseminating national policies. The material presented is designed to provide a systematic understanding while fostering field officials' creativity in formulating work programs in their respective regions.
The conference concluded with firm instructions for propaganda cadres at all levels to immediately translate the training material into concrete action plans. Synergy among journalists, propagandists, and media outlets is expected to be a primary pillar in building collective strength to support the success of the future national development agenda.
