South Korean idol group aespa has officially expanded their career into the Japanese music industry by launching their debut mini-album titled "KISS N TELL" on Wednesday (24/7/2026). The release was marked by the launch of the music video for the title track of the same name on the official SMTOWN YouTube channel, which immediately attracted the attention of millions of global fans.

The title track "KISS N TELL" is a house dance-pop song that blends energetic beats with a cheerful piano melody. Through this song, the SM Entertainment group presents a futuristic vibe in the chorus, while the lyrics convey a deep message about the strength of emotional connection when someone dares to share their worries. In the music video, aespa showcases refreshing summer visuals set against a colorful amusement park.

In addition to the title track, the album features five B-side tracks with diverse musical characteristics. Some are even featured as soundtracks for television projects, such as the song "ATTITUDE" which serves as the opening theme for the anime "Kill Blue", and "In Halo" which features on the soundtrack of the drama "First Love Bite". Other tracks include "Orbit Pop" which is themed around independence, the playful song "Fangirl", and the dreamy R&B track "Done with Rules".

Following the successful launch of their Japanese album, aespa is scheduled to fly to the United States soon. They are confirmed to perform at the prestigious Lollapalooza Chicago 2026 music festival, which will be held at Grant Park in early August.
