PT RANS Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk (RANS) officially marked a new chapter in the country's creative industry by conducting an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday (10/7/2026). The company, led by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, successfully listed its shares as an issuer in the creator-based media and entertainment sector.
In this corporate action, RANS offered 2.52 billion new shares, or approximately 20.02 percent of its total issued and fully paid-up capital. Offered at Rp170 per share, the company successfully raised fresh funds totaling Rp429.25 billion, which will be allocated for business development and company expansion.
President Director of RANS, Nagita Slavina, emphasized that this IPO step is clear proof that creativity can transform into a professional business entity capable of contributing to the national economy. According to her, the future challenge is managing creative intellectual property (IP) to generate sustainable economic value and create broader job opportunities.
The market warmly welcomed the issuer's move, as evidenced by high investor interest resulting in an oversubscription by more than one million subscribers. This enthusiasm was reflected on the debut trading day, where RANS shares immediately moved positively and hit the upper auto-rejection limit (ARA).
At market opening, RANS shares surged 58 points or rose 34.12 percent to Rp228 per share. This achievement positions RANS as one of the issuers capturing the attention of capital market players amid the dynamics of the domestic exchange this July.
