Tech company Novum Studio has officially secured a fresh injection of funds to support its business expansion into the artificial intelligence (AI) sector. This funding is allocated for the development of "Ahoy Project", an intelligent communication and collaboration platform specifically designed to meet corporate needs. The internal testing phase for the new system is scheduled to roll out in July 2026.
This strategic move marks a shift in Novum Studio's focus from the consumer segment to enterprise digital transformation solutions. Previously, the tech corporation was widely known for the success of "Frog", a popular social media application among Gen Z that has attracted more than 20 million active users in the United States and Europe.
Unlike standard office software which is generally subscription-based, Ahoy Project is designed as an all-in-one solution for business entities wishing to transform into AI-native organizations. The platform integrates communication functions with digitalization services tailored specifically to the unique needs of each company.
Novum Studio founder, Anna Danyi, explained that years of experience in managing communication traffic for millions of social media users serve as a strong foundation for designing this technology. The London School of Economics (LSE) graduate, who was also named one of the influential figures in the AI field by Forbes China, emphasized the importance of a system capable of deeply understanding organizational workflows.
Through this platform, Novum Studio aims to solve classic office obstacles where important information is often scattered and lost across various chat rooms and separate applications. The newly acquired capital is expected to accelerate global market penetration and solidify the company's position amid shifting global technology trends that are increasingly focused on AI-based collaboration.
