PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (ERAL), a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), has officially transferred its business units along with all trademark rights for Loops and Lamina. This strategic transaction, valued at IDR 50.5 billion, was executed with an affiliated entity, PT Teletama Artha Mandiri.
This corporate action was taken as part of the company's effort to restructure its business portfolio. By transferring management under the Erajaya Digital ecosystem, the potential of the Loops and Lamina brands is expected to be maximized through PT Teletama Artha Mandiri's broader and more capable logistics network and infrastructure.
ERAL management stated in a disclosure of information that this integration aims to strengthen competitiveness and increase market penetration in the electronic devices and accessories sector. This synergy is considered crucial for providing operational flexibility for future product development.
Note that this transaction is classified as an affiliated transaction given that both companies are under the control of the same parent company. Previously, ERAL had also demonstrated business expansion by establishing a joint venture, PT Mega Cahaya Indonesia, with Pan Asia Indonesia Limited, involving an investment value of IDR 10.10 billion to penetrate the LED display and videotron market.
