The VI/Mulawarman Regional Military Training Regiment (Rindam) is currently tasked with organizing the Basic State Defense Training (Latsar Bela Negara) for prospective managers of the Red and White Village/Sub-district Cooperatives (KDKMP) and the Red and White Fishermen's Villages (KNMP). This program aims to produce resilient Development Scholar Cadres of Indonesia (SPPI) with a strong sense of nationalism.
In technical execution on the ground, Rindam VI/Mulawarman has made significant curriculum adjustments. The main focus has shifted toward the health and physical endurance of participants, ensuring the training proceeds optimally without compromising individual safety.
This policy is implemented by limiting excessive physical activity intensity. The measure serves as both a preventative step and a new operational standard to ensure all participants can complete the training program while maintaining optimal health.
