Recognizing the importance of fiscal compliance for business sustainability, tax authorities in the Dak Lak region have provided three digital access methods enabling business owners to monitor the status of their tax obligations in real time. This proactive step is expected to help taxpayers avoid late payment penalties and undesired enforcement actions.
The first method is through the official Electronic Tax Portal at thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn. After logging in using a tax account or VNeID credentials, taxpayers simply need to access the "Tax obligation lookup" menu. In Section II, the system will display details of recorded debts; if the status "Payment due" appears, business operators are urged to immediately process payment in accordance with applicable regulations.
The second alternative is using the eTax Mobile application. Users only need to log in with their registered account and select the "Tax obligation information" menu to view a concise status of their debt directly from their smartphones. This method is considered far more efficient for business owners with high mobility in their daily operations.
Finally, taxpayers can monitor enforcement status through the gdt.gov.vn website under the "Public Disclosure on Tax Debt Enforcement" section. This feature allows business owners to check whether there are records of temporary travel bans due to tax arrears by entering their tax identification number or personal identity number.
Authorities emphasize that not every tax debt automatically leads to a travel ban. Therefore, routine checks are strongly recommended so that any overlooked obligations can be resolved promptly, while ensuring business operations continue to run smoothly without future administrative obstacles.
