The Lang Son Provincial Government has taken a strategic step in accelerating digital transformation by launching a Document Management System for the business community. This initiative is designed as a concrete implementation of central government directives regarding the improvement of the investment climate and corporate operational efficiency through the use of information technology.
The new system allows business owners to manage files, send documents, and apply digital signatures online. The main advantage of this software is its integration with the province's Document Interoperability Platform, enabling secure and efficient data exchange between the private sector and government institutions, while significantly reducing operational costs.
To stimulate technology adoption at the grassroots level, the local government is providing free access to the system for the first 12 months. This step is believed to create a more transparent and professional work pattern, as well as strengthen the synergy between regulators and business players in the region.
In addition to the launch of the platform, the signing of the Coordination Regulations for the 2026-2030 period was also held between the Department of Science and Technology and the Lang Son Province Entrepreneurs Association. This collaboration includes support for the development of digital human resources, the implementation of artificial intelligence, intellectual property protection, and the strengthening of the local startup ecosystem.
The Vice Chairman of the Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, Doan Thanh Son, emphasized that the government's focus has now shifted from merely providing digital infrastructure to actively assisting businesses to maximize technology utilization. He also instructed the relevant departments to continue reducing administrative barriers and strengthening digital data exchange to ensure a sustainable investment climate in the future.
