The Regional Government-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of Bulungan Regency, PT Bulungan Persada Mandiri (BPM), officially presented its business plan for the development of the 'Kayanku' branded bottled drinking water (AMDK) product. This strategic meeting took place in the Meeting Room of the Bulungan Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), Tanjung Selor, on Friday (24/7).
The presentation of this roadmap is a concrete step by PT BPM to maximize the potential of local resources. Through a comprehensive business strategy, the regional state-owned company aims to strengthen the product's position in both local and regional markets in the short to long term.
President Director of PT BPM, Heru Rachmady, explained that the company's main focus at present is to gradually increase production capacity to meet growing market demand. In addition to increasing quantity, the company also ensures strict quality control so that the product meets national health standards.
To expand market reach, PT BPM is committed to building close partnerships with various local distributors. This step is considered crucial to increasing the competitiveness of the Kayanku brand amidst the intense competition in the current bottled water industry.
