The Class IIB Kudus State Detention Center (Rutan) continues to encourage increased productivity among its staff through strengthening physical health. This step is realized through a routine tennis agenda held every Friday morning at the Angga Sasana Krida tennis court.
The activity was attended directly by the Head of Kudus Detention Center, Andi Rahmanto, along with his staff. In addition to aiming to keep physical fitness in prime condition, tennis is seen as an effective means of building a healthy lifestyle amidst the high demands of correctional services.
Furthermore, Andi Rahmanto emphasized that this activity is an important moment to break the ice of the formal work environment. For him, beyond the health benefits, the tennis court becomes a space for interaction that strengthens relationships and enhances synergy among employees.
“We want to shape a work culture that is not only disciplined and productive, but also harmonious. Through togetherness on the court, it is hoped that the work spirit of each individual will increase, which in turn will impact the delivery of more optimal public services to the community,” said Andi.
This routine program is a continuous commitment by the Kudus Detention Center to support the mental and physical health of its employees. With a fit body and a solid organizational climate, Kudus Detention Center is optimistic that it can continue to carry out correctional functions with better and more professional performance standards.
