SURABAYA – In an effort to strengthen solidarity and build togetherness in the work environment, the Information and Data Processing Unit of Kodam V/Brawijaya (Infolahtadam V/Brawijaya) organized a joint sports activity combined with a family gathering. The activity, which was attended by all soldiers, Civil Servants (PNS), and their families, took place in the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Forest tourism area, Surabaya, on Friday (24/7/2026).
The agenda began with a joint gymnastics session, followed by a healthy walk along the beautiful tracks of the Gunung Anyar Mangrove Forest. The fresh air and green scenery in the area served not only as a means of recreation to refresh the mind, but were also effective in maintaining the physical fitness of all personnel amidst their official routines.
The atmosphere of camaraderie grew stronger as participants took part in various educational games specially designed to test teamwork. Through these interactive games, communication and coordination among personnel were honed in a fun way, dissolving the barriers of formality in laughter and the spirit of sportsmanship.
Deputy Chief of Infolahtadam V/Brawijaya, Lieutenant Colonel Arm Musani, S.Pd., M.Sc., in his briefing conveyed that this activity holds an important dimension beyond mere recreation. According to him, strong togetherness is the primary foundation for building a solid and harmonious organization.
"This momentum is an important means to strengthen relationships, align communication, and foster a sense of family in order to support the smooth execution of Kodam V/Brawijaya's main duties in the future," said Lieutenant Colonel Arm Musani. Through the harmony created, it is hoped that the work productivity and professionalism of the soldiers and Civil Servants of Infolahtadam V/Brawijaya will continue to increase.
