Bogor-based promoted club Garudayaksa FC has shown its seriousness in facing the top flight of Indonesian football for the 2026/2027 season. To strengthen the team's tactical depth, the management officially announced the appointment of Milos Joksic, an experienced Serbian tactician, as their new head coach on Thursday (23/7/2026).
The decision to appoint the new coach was made public through the club's official communication channels. Through its official statement, Garudayaksa FC's management expressed high optimism that Joksic's presence would bring discipline, fresh ambition, and unite the vision of all elements of the team to compete in the fierce competition of the country's top league.
Milos Joksic is not a new name in Southeast Asian football. The Serbian tactician has an extensive portfolio in Thailand, where he most recently managed Uthai Thani FC in Thai League 1 for the 2025/2026 season. Under his leadership, the club managed to finish 11th in the final standings of Thailand's top division.
Joksic's international track record and deep understanding of regional football dynamics are expected to be valuable assets for the squad. Following this official appointment, the management's focus shifts to finalizing the player squad, both local and foreign, as well as preparing for the pre-season training camp.
