Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) has officially introduced a groundbreaking new Accounting study program, EM-E17. This program is designed as an evolution of the traditional curriculum, specifically integrating artificial intelligence (AI), applied mathematics, and the latest digital technologies into a professional accounting framework to meet the challenges of an increasingly dynamic global economy.
The EM-E17 program has gained international recognition through rigorous accreditation from Germany's ASIIN and CPA Australia. Fully taught in English, this curriculum aligns International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with domestic accounting standards to ensure graduates are highly competitive for careers in multinational corporations and the global market.
Responding to concerns about the study duration shortened to 3.5 years, the university emphasized that this time efficiency is achieved without compromising academic weight. On the contrary, compressing the duration is an adaptation to the rapid pace of technological advancement, allowing students to enter the professional world faster with relevant and cutting-edge skills.
For the admission pathways, the program accepts applications through various schemes, including high school graduation exam results with a projected score of 23.5 - 25.5, talent-based selection with a score of 56 - 57, and the TSA exam with a score range of 55 - 60. These diverse admission pathways are expected to attract young talents with a strong foundation in economics and technology.
