Premier League giants Arsenal are currently facing serious competition in their pursuit of FC Midtjylland's talented winger, Dario Osorio. The 22-year-old player has garnered widespread attention after recording impressive statistics with 23 goals and 15 assists from 110 appearances in various competitions.

Thanks to his consistent performances, including 25 appearances for the Chilean national team, Osorio has earned the nickname the "next Alexis Sanchez". Although his contract in Denmark still has four years left, speculation regarding his move to a major European club continues to grow following confirmation from FC Midtjylland's Sporting Director, Kristian Kjaer, who acknowledged genuine interest from the Gunners.

However, Arsenal's path to signing the player will not be easy. Crystal Palace are reportedly ready to challenge Arsenal in this transfer race. Under the guidance of their new manager Pierre Sage, the Eagles are looking to strengthen their squad depth ahead of the 2026-2027 Europa League campaign. In addition to Palace, other Premier League sides such as Bournemouth and Everton, alongside Portuguese club Benfica, are reportedly monitoring Osorio's situation closely.

As of now, FC Midtjylland have not set an official price tag. Nevertheless, various media reports estimate Osorio's market value to be in the range of €12 million to €15 million. This move is seen as highly logical for Arsenal, especially if they are looking for an ideal replacement for Leandro Trossard, who is rumored to be leaving the Emirates Stadium in a £17 million transfer.
