The B2B Tech Asia Expo 2026 has officially opened in Jakarta, solidifying the position of artificial intelligence (AI) technology as a fundamental pillar in the modern business ecosystem in Southeast Asia. Held at AXA Tower, Kuningan City, the event brings together industry leaders, software developers, and global investors to dissect the direction of regional digital transformation.

Carrying the theme "The Dawn of Asia's B2B Tech Mega Market", the exhibition attracted 1,500 visitors on its first day. The main focus of the discussions includes the acceleration of automation, the strengthening of cloud computing, and the utilization of data to boost corporate operational productivity amid an increasingly competitive market.

Founder and CEO of VRIGroup, Yuiichiro Sasaki, emphasized that the Southeast Asian region has moved beyond the basic stages of digitalization. According to him, the integration of AI has now become an absolute requirement for companies wishing to expand and maintain sustainable business scale. A similar view was expressed by the CEO of DailySocial Group, Rama Mamuaya, who considers the exhibition an important catalyst for companies to evaluate appropriate technology solutions.

Currently, AI has transformed from a mere supporting tool into a vital infrastructure across various organizational functions, ranging from human resource management, financial systems, to strengthening cybersecurity. This trend is driven by the abundant availability of digital talent and the rising urgency of operational efficiency at the regional level.

During the two-day event, it not only features a series of panel discussions but also an exhibition space for various technological innovations, including enterprise software, fintech solutions, to cutting-edge automation technology. The second day of the event is focused on cross-border collaboration strategies and strengthening the corporate technology ecosystem in Asia.
