Officers from the Bogor City Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) conducted an unannounced inspection of the Teras Nona Manis nightlife venue early on Wednesday (8/7/2026). This step was taken in response to a viral video of a brawl that occurred around the location last weekend.
Head of Bogor City Satpol PP, Pupung Wahyu Purnama, stated that the officers' arrival aimed to verify permits while clarifying the details of the brawl that had become a public talking point. According to initial statements from management to officers, the brawl occurred outside the cafe area, and internal involvement was limited to attempting to mediate the situation.
Nevertheless, authorities will still summon the management of Teras Nona Manis for further questioning. "We will investigate the chronology of the incident and check whether there are other operational violations," Pupung said when confirmed by the media.
During the raid, officers also discovered violations related to the distribution of alcoholic beverages. A total of 35 bottles of Class B and C alcoholic drinks were confiscated because the operator only holds a license for Class A alcohol sales. Based on these findings, Satpol PP issued a first warning letter to management.
Pupung emphasized that his party will strictly monitor the business's compliance moving forward. In accordance with standard operating procedures, repeated violations will result in harsher sanctions, including temporary suspension of operations for the business venue.
