The Tuban Regency Government continues to strengthen its commitment to building a healthy and accomplished young generation through strategic collaboration with the banking sector. This step was realized through the receipt of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assistance from PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) worth Rp849 million for the construction of futsal and mini soccer field facilities.
The assistance was symbolically handed over by the President Director of Bank Jatim, Winardi Legowo, to the Regent of Tuban, Aditya Halindra Faridzky. The handover ceremony took place on the sidelines of the East Java Mangrove Festival X agenda at Panduri Beach, Tasikharjo Village, Jenu District, witnessed directly by the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa and relevant local government officials.
The Regent of Tuban, Aditya Halindra Faridzky, expressed his deep appreciation for Bank Jatim's concrete contribution to supporting regional development. According to him, a strong synergy between the government and the business sector is crucial to accelerating the provision of public facilities that directly address the needs of the wider community.
He added that the construction of this sports infrastructure is not merely a physical development, but a long-term social investment. This new facility is expected to be a positive platform for young people to adopt a healthy lifestyle, hone discipline, and at the same time produce talented athletes ready to bring pride to Tuban Regency on the national stage.
Meanwhile, Corporate Secretary of Bank Jatim, Fenty Rischana, emphasized that the distribution of this CSR is part of the company's social responsibility to support the improvement of human resources (HR) quality.
