PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) is once again strengthening its digital transformation steps through the annual Astranauts 2026 competition program. In this fifth edition, Astra successfully selected the 12 best technological innovations designed to improve operational efficiency and create new value across the company's business ecosystem.

Under the theme "ACCELERATE 2026: From Pilot to Business Transformation, Boosting Efficiency and Unlocking New Value," the competition divided the winners into two main categories, namely the Product Track and the Idea Track. This initiative is clear proof of Astra's commitment to building a digital ecosystem that is adaptive to current industry challenges.

Astra Director, Santosa, explained that the Astranauts program is not just an ordinary competition, but a strategic platform to bridge external innovations with real needs on the ground. He hopes that the selected digital solutions can be implemented concretely to drive sustainable growth together with Astra Group.

Unlike similar events, Astranauts participants are directly challenged to solve specific operational problems faced by Astra's subsidiaries. A number of business lines involved in this challenge include PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP), PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining), PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), and PT Astra UD Trucks Sales Operation.

Most of the offered solutions are based on the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, and geospatial technology. Some notable innovations include Graymatics MotoVision's AI Vision platform for AHM's manufacturing safety system, and Farmacare, which simplifies financing in the pharmaceutical sector. In the mining sector, solutions from AssetFindr, DIGVISION ASTRATECH, and Y3 Technologies focus on fleet safety and asset optimization.

In addition, the cross-industry category was won by GISACT, which presents a satellite and AI-based environmental analysis platform. For the idea creation category (Idea Track), Alkahvi's innovation was selected thanks to its AIoT technology that can detect worker fatigue levels non-invasively to minimize the risk of workplace accidents.

The winners are not only entitled to cash prizes but also gain direct business collaboration opportunities with Astra Group. The program concluded with the Astranauts Conference 2026 and a digital technology exhibition supported by various global strategic partners such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Berca Hardayaperkasa, and ASUS.
