The Bone Regency Government has officially launched a strategic health initiative through the Integrated Tuberculosis (TB) Tracing Simultaneous Movement with Free Health Checks (CKG). The program, inaugurated by the Regent of Bone, H. Andi Asman Sulaiman, on Monday (13/7/2026) in Majang Village, aims to accelerate the elimination of TB cases in the region.
As part of the series of activities, the Regent of Bone also symbolically launched the Mobile Portable X-Ray facility. The introduction of this technology represents a new breakthrough for the local healthcare system, allowing officers to conduct early detection screening more quickly and reach people in remote areas who have previously found it difficult to access radiology services.
This program is scheduled to run intensively from July to November 2026. With the full support of the Health Office, community health centers (puskesmas), as well as sub-district and village governments, this activity targets 229 villages and sub-districts across Bone Regency. The integration between general health checks and TB screening is expected to increase the coverage of early detection at the community level.
The inauguration was attended by local officials, including Assistant I and II, the Head of BKPSDM, and representatives from local health agencies. This step underscores the strong commitment of the Bone Regency Government to realizing inclusive health services, as well as supporting the government's grand vision to create a healthier and more productive society through the systematic control of infectious diseases.
