The Class II Magelang Correctional Board (Bapas) held its routine joint sports activity with a volleyball match at the Kewarasan Court on Friday (3/7). This activity is a concrete effort by the institution to maintain the physical fitness of all civil servants within its work environment.
The friendly match, which involved all staff members, took place in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and camaraderie. Through this internal competition, Bapas hopes to foster a spirit of sportsmanship that will ultimately have a positive impact on the effectiveness of public services.
More than just a physical activity, this event was designed as a means of informal communication to strengthen team cohesion. The interaction built outside of the office routine is expected to improve work coordination and solidarity among Magelang Bapas employees.
