Pasuruan City Police once again strengthened the physical readiness of all its ranks through a joint sports activity held at the Wicaksana Laghawa Parade Ground on Friday (10/7/2026). This routine activity involved all elements, ranging from key officials, officers, NCOs, to State Civil Apparatus (ASN) personnel within the local Police department.

The agenda, which began with a morning assembly and warm-up exercises, was designed to maintain the stamina of officers amidst increasingly complex police duty dynamics. Head of HR at Pasuruan City Police, Police Commissioner Nanang Fendi Dwi Susanto, emphasized that prime physical condition is an absolute prerequisite for personnel to provide optimal protection and service to the public.

"This exercise is not just about maintaining health, but also a means to build discipline and ensure every member is fit whenever needed. Healthy personnel are the primary asset in performing policing duties professionally and humanely," said Police Commissioner Nanang.

Furthermore, this activity is also seen as a strategic momentum to enhance synergy and coordination between units. With a relaxed atmosphere outside official routines, it is hoped that cooperation bonds and internal communication can become more solid, ultimately boosting performance effectiveness in the field.

Through ongoing physical development initiatives, the Pasuruan City Police reaffirms its commitment to fostering tough and precise personnel. This step is expected to guarantee the stability of security and public order within the legal jurisdiction of Pasuruan City, keeping it conducive and controlled.
