PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) officially went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (10/7/2026). The creator-based media and entertainment company marked a new milestone by transforming from a creative business entity into a professionally managed public company.

In the corporate action, RANS released 2.52 billion new shares to the public, equivalent to 20.02 percent of the total paid-up capital. At an offering price of Rp170 per share, the company successfully raised Rp429.25 billion in fresh funds, which will be allocated for sustainable business development.

RANS President Director, Nagita Slavina, emphasized that this IPO is tangible proof that the creative industry has great potential to grow into a robust business institution. Nagita hopes this step will encourage local talent to manage intellectual property (IP) professionally, creating jobs and a broad economic impact for Indonesia.

Investor enthusiasm for RANS's debut was extremely high. Over one million investors participated in the share subscription, making the initial public offering oversubscribed. This condition had a direct impact on the performance of RANS shares when they were first traded.

On its trading debut, RANS shares posted a stellar performance, immediately soaring to the daily high. The issuer's stock closed hitting the Upper Auto-Rejection (ARA) limit after rising 58 points or 34.12 percent, from an initial price of Rp170 to Rp228 per share.
