PALEMBANG – Strengthening internal foundations through robust operational systems and upgrading human resources (HR) quality are key for business actors to continue growing amidst global economic uncertainty. This was emphasized by the CEO of AKIRA Training Center, Hengki Yuliansyah, during the National Inspiring Seminar at the Sriwijaya Entrepreneurial Fiesta (PWS) 2026 in Palembang, Wednesday (29/7/2026).
In the seminar held in the Ballroom of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Office of South Sumatra, Hengki presented a topic titled “Operational and HR Management Tactics to Face Global Uncertainty”. According to him, product innovation alone is not enough if it is not balanced with the readiness of the management structure within the company itself.
He likened the internal system to a planting medium for business. If the medium is robust and fertile, any external changes, no matter how bad, can actually be utilized as opportunities to accelerate business growth. Therefore, efficiency in work processes and capacity building for the team are urgent priorities.
The Sriwijaya Entrepreneurial Fiesta 2026 carried the theme “Business Strategy in the Era of Global Uncertainty #ToTheNextLevel”. This collaborative event was initiated by the Tangan Di Atas (TDA) Palembang Entrepreneur Community with full support from the OJK. This step is also part of a concrete contribution to supporting the local government's strategic program, namely generating 100,000 Sumsel Young Sultans.
In addition to the main seminar, this grand series of events was also enlivened by VIP Business Mentoring Classes, MSME product exhibitions, entrepreneur declarations, and the launch of the Sumsel Young Sultan Membership Card (KTA). AKIRA Training Center's presence in this forum reinforces their commitment to assisting and elevating the standards of business management for entrepreneurs in South Sumatra.
