Joint forces from various government agencies officially closed and sealed the Blue Night Lounge & Bar nightclub located in Ban Rejo Hamlet, Pasar Enam Kuala Mencirim Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. This firm action was taken because the entertainment venue was proven to be operating without holding an official permit from the local government.
The enforcement action, which took place on Tuesday (28/7/2026), involved personnel from the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the National Police (Polri), as well as representatives of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda) of Langkat Regency. The sealing operation began with a troop readiness briefing near the target location to ensure the execution proceeded safely and smoothly.
The Head of the Langkat Regency Satpol PP, Dameka Putra Singarimbun, S.STP, personally led the joint briefing until the sealing process was completed. This enforcement underscores the local government's commitment to enforcing local regulations (Perda) and maintaining public order against illegal business activities that could potentially cause unrest in the surrounding community.
