The Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office, Febrie Adriansyah, has firmly denied any involvement in the ownership of the Kafe de'CLAN Signature business located in the Cipete area, South Jakarta. This clarification was made in response to news reports linking his name to the business premises, following a search conducted by a joint team from the National Police Corruption Eradication Corps (Kortas Tipikor) and the Metro Jaya Regional Police Special Crimes Directorate (Ditreskrimsus).
In his official statement at the Round Building of the Attorney General's Office on Friday (10/7/2026), Febrie urged the public not to speculate and to await the results of the official investigation being conducted by the police. He emphasized that his office fully respects the ongoing law enforcement mechanisms as a form of synergy between law enforcement agencies so that this matter can be clearly resolved.
In addition to addressing the cafe business issue, Febrie also clarified the ownership of a house asset in the Sentul area, which had recently drawn public attention. He confirmed that the property is his, legally acquired long ago, and that the ownership process is legally accountable.
Regarding the discovery of a sum of money at the location, Febrie stated that the funds have a clear owner and are related to activities that can be accounted for. However, he emphasized that a more detailed explanation on the matter would be delivered through the appropriate legal forums in accordance with formal procedures, rather than through a public press conference.
